UnSpun 139 – Lloyd De Jongh: "The Islamic Slave Trade, Part 3"
Live on Tuesdays at 5pm Pacific time – UnSpun 139 – Lloyd De Jongh joins me to begin our new series on Islamic beliefs.
Lloyd De Jongh is a multi-lingual South African who has traveled extensively and lived on 3 continents.
He switched from IT to become a freelance bodyguard before leaving South Africa in 2007. He spent 11 years in the Middle East in the amazing city of Dubai, UAE, working in technology, physical security and national defense. The last several years were spent working on critical infrastructure protection, border security and national defense projects across the Middle East.
He has knowledge of Islamic culture and the practice of Islam derived from his experience in the region, as well as in-depth study of the ideology. His interest is in the political and legal aspects of Islam which affect non-believers, and drives the phenomenon of violent and other forms of jihad which are now prevalent in the West. While Islam is confusing to Westerners and deliberately obfuscated by followers, his intention is to demystify the ideology, identify the central texts and clarify their purpose, teach you how to recognise and refute Islamic propaganda, defeat Islamic apologists and educate others on the threat posed to the West and the world by both Jihad and Sharia using Islam's most trusted, authentic sources including the Quran, Hadith, Sira, Tafsir and Sharia manuals.
Lloyd now resides in Europe. He has embarked on a career in tourism, writing historical tours of his new home, Warsaw and also travels abroad teaching seminars on criminal behaviour, edged weapons, counter-ambush strategies and martial arts.
