Because our time is valuable we ask that you please follow these instructions BEFORE contacting us for any reason with membership questions/problems. Nearly every email we've received in this regard has been from people who didn't follow these instructions:
If you've paid for a Podcast Archive MEMBERSHIP, in order to access the Podcast Archives you must CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED IN THE EMAIL TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT. If you didn't receive the email, check your JUNK MAIL folder, and make sure you're using the email address associated with your Paypal account. AFTER YOU'VE CREATED YOUR ACCOUNT, YOU'LL NEED TO LOG IN TO ACCESS THE PODCAST ARCHIVES (the log in is in the control panel on the left). Until you've followed these instructions you won't be able to access the archives. The confirmation email expires after 3 days, so please do it now!
